PASSENGER FACILITY CHARGE PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION

PURPOSE:
The Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) is one of the most important funding sources for air carrier airports today. PFC monies can provide a local match for Airport Improvement Program (AIP) grants as well as provide funding for AIP eligible projects that have not been funded by FAA. Through a careful evaluation of the airport’s Capital Improvement Program, TMG develops a Passenger Facility Charge Program that will maximize the airport’s use of the PFC.

USES:
PFC Program revenue greatly enhances an airport’s ability to meet the needs of the traveling public
