Mr. Wade has developed expertise advising public and private clients on land-use conflicts, regulatory compliance, procurements, and administrative law. Dylan actively provides oversight for the Regional Transit Authority’s multi-million dollar transit management contract.
Since his time as a law student at the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Mr. Wade has taken a keen interest in the common obstacles facing the continued growth and prosperity of the region. While in law school, Dylan was engaged in a year-long clerkship with the Coastal Sustainability Studio at LSU, which had partnered with the Louisiana Sea Grant program to develop models for sustainable architecture and development in southeastern Louisiana. Dylan also clerked for the law firm Wall, Bullington & Cook, and worked as an extern for the Honorable Judge Sarah Vance at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
Prior to joining TMG Consulting, Mr. Wade represented the victims of occupational disease in the River Parishes as an Associate Trial Attorney for the law firm Roussel & Clement. In this litigation role, Dylan utilized all of the tools available under the law to pursue the needs of his clients, whether in discovery, motion, or appellate practice. His experience representing clients in both state and federal court brings valuable insight to our team. Dylan is admitted to the Louisiana State Bar as well as the State Bar of Texas, having demonstrated an expert knowledge of common law which complements his expertise practicing Louisiana civil law.
Dylan received his juris doctor from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in 2012, graduating magna cum laude with Order of the Coif honors. Dylan also received a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy from LSU in 2008, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Tulane University in 2006, graduating with magna cum laude and Departmental Honors.
